Tri City Glass & Door, Inc. has a Labor Warranty for up to one year from date of installation.  Tri City Glass & Door, Inc. honors all manufacturer warranties for products installed.  Manufacturer warranty varies by manufacturer and is provided at time of sale to customer.  

Auto Glass
Tri City Glass & Door, Inc. (“Tri City Glass & Door”) warrants to you, the Customer, for thirty (30) days from the date of this invoice, against any defects in the windshield supplied by the windshield manufacturer.  Tri City Glass & Door warrants to you, the Customer, against any defects in Tri City Glass & Door’s installation of the windshield during your, the Customer’s ownership of the vehicle.  Advanced Calibration Services, LLC (“ACS”) warrants to you, the Customers its calibration of the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (“ADAS”) features conformed to the orignal equipment manufacturer requirements and met industry standards for the calibration.  THESE WARRANTIES ARE EXTENDED ONLY TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE OR DESCRIPTION INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE EXCLUDED.

These warranties cover only defects in workmanship in Tri City Glass & Door’s installation of the windshield and ACS’s calibration of the ADAS features, and in the windshield supplied by the windshield manufacturer.  These warranties do not cover any other defects including, but not limited to, defects caused by acts of God, alteration, improper maintenance, modifications, accidents, service conducted by any person or entity other than Tri City Glass & Door or ACS, defective parts, defective materials or defective products including, but not limited to, the ADAS features and the windshield, except for the thirty (30) day warranty against defects in the windshield supplied by the windshield manufacturer.

Your, the Customer’s, exclusive remedies against Tri City Glass & Door or ACS for any claim of any nature or description including, but not limited to, accidents of any nature or description, and except for the thirty (30) day warranty against defects in the windshield supplied by the windshield manufacturer, are limited to re-installation of windshield by Tri City Glass & Door, and recalibration of the ADAS features by ACS.
