This is the second vehicle I have brought in to get a chip fixed in the windshield. The first repair outlasted the van. I would recommend Tri City Glass and Door to anyone who needs a windshield repair. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Since my repair was small they fit me in right away.

Awesome place! Recently I had them cut down an existing mirror. In my haste to get it reinstalled I cracked the corner of the mirror. The crew on duty said, “no problem, we can recut it if you have a couple minutes.” I was out the door with my resized mirror in under ten minutes!! Unheard of service these days. Any future glass needs for me will be going to Tri City.

I needed a new shower door and had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted when I walked into Tri City Glass. I met with a project manager who walked me through everything. He answered all my questions and concerns. He took his time with me and made the process fun! Two installers came to install it, and I was still pretty nervous to see the end result. I was very thankful to them for easing my nerves. They were very kind and installed my beautiful shower door perfectly. THANK YOU!

I picked out a new “hidden screen” storm door for the back of my home. It was installed a few days ago. I can’t even begin to tell you how THRILLED I am with this door!!! The installation was PERFECT and I LOVE the soft-close door and how easy it is to keep the door open with the foot pedal when needed. I just can’t get over the high-quality workmanship and the hefty door itself! Oh, my goodness! I am so happy!!! Well done, Tri City Glass!!! I’ll never go anywhere else!!! Already thinking about getting a new front door storm door with the hidden screen! AMAZING!!!

The auto division did a superb job on my windshield and glass roof panel. I didn’t even know Tri City repaired/secured auto glass until a friend told me. They offer this service at a very reasonable price, around half, compared to some national brands you commonly see advertised. There was a small hiccup in communication, but the auto manager and his shop didn’t waste any time resolving it. They went above and beyond to secure a chip in my windshield and the glass roof panel on my car. I will definitely use Tri City again for auto glass repairs and anything else. Very nice people with kind hearts. When I called to let them know I was running a little late and wouldn’t make it by closing time, they waited until my wife and I got there a little after 4pm so I could pick up our fixed screen door. Originally I stopped by to get a price on a new screen door with a custom size, however after talking with the Tri City representative they suggested as long as we still had the old door perhaps it could be repaired. And they did just that and saved me money! I wish more companies had such awesome employees and customer service. If you need glass windows, doors and repairs, you won’t find a more honest or nicer company to do business with. When I will need to replace all my windows and doors, and that time is coming soon, I will be calling Tri City Glass & Door. Thank you folks.

We needed a section of a large kitchen window replaced because of accidental breakage. I visited them in person to discuss. They were welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were prompt in removing the section and replacing it when the new section arrived. Glass for our size had to be ordered out. Install was quick and perfect. They are fabulous. We are an older couple and could not do this by ourselves. More complicated than it looks. Cost was to be expected. But it is very reasonable. Actually, referred by our precious window installer! We highly recommend them!

Had a technician out to replace hinges on a commercial door.  The follow-up and subsequent interactions through the process were professional. The two technicians that came out were cordial and helpful.
